Contacting GymSmart via WhatsApp, phone, or email constitutes an enquiry and does not create a binding contract. A binding agreement is established only upon written confirmation of your order and receipt of the agreed advance payment.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices quoted by GymSmart are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are as agreed in the written quotation. GymSmart accepts UPI, bank transfer, cheque, and cash payments. All transactions are documented with proper receipts.
4. Delivery and Installation
GymSmart will deliver and install gym equipment within the timeframe agreed in the order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on equipment availability, location, and site readiness. GymSmart will communicate any delays promptly.
5. Warranty
All gym equipment supplied by GymSmart carries the manufacturer's warranty as specified in the product documentation. GymSmart provides additional service support during the warranty period at no extra charge for manufacturing defects.
6. Limitation of Liability
GymSmart's liability is limited to the value of the goods and services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our equipment or services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Gujarat. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
